Dear Real Meal Delivery Customers:

Due to the recent collapse of a key section of I-85 in Atlanta, we have made the difficult decision to temporarily suspend Real Meal Delivery. 

At Real Meal Delivery, we pride ourselves on our extremely high standard of customer service, exemplified by our delicious, chef-made meals and our on-time delivery service. Because Atlanta's interstate system has been compromised, we know we cannot currently guarantee our customary level of customer service. Therefore, we are suspending all deliveries beginning on Monday, April 3rd. 

What this means for you:

  • We are refunding your pro-rated membership fees. Those credits should appear in your bank account soon.  
  • We are donating the remaining food in our inventory to an Atlanta food-based charity. 
  • Most importantly, we will be back! This is not a permanent shut down. We are taking this opportunity to build a stronger business to better service you, our valued customers. You should expect to hear from us in the coming weeks with more details.

We appreciate your support and patience in dealing with this difficult and unforeseen situation. Despite this temporary set-back, we are excited about our future and think you will be too.  

Finally, our gratitude goes out to the firefighters, police officers, and other public officials for their quick and thoughtful response Thursday night (3/30). While we hate that this affects our customers and our business, we understand how lucky we all are to have avoided true tragedy.
